This program is designed for players who have the talent to play professionally but lack the résumé, exposure, or connections. It’s ideal for overlooked athletes, recent graduates needing film and competitive reps, international players seeking entry into the U.S. or overseas markets, and those who need pro-level conditioning and structure to take the next step in their career.
We provide organized games, scrimmages, and showcase opportunities where players can compete at a high level. Every game and workout is professionally filmed, supported by detailed stats and performance reports. Throughout the program, athletes gain valuable exposure and the chance to perform directly in front of scouts and coaches.
Our Career Support & Placement service includes personalized player branding, highlight creation, and professional résumé development. We provide guidance on presenting yourself as a pro, handle direct outreach to clubs through our established network, and assist with contract discussions and next-step planning to ensure every player is prepared for the opportunities ahead.
Players begin with an evaluation and onboarding process, followed by a focused training and development phase. Once prepared, they compete in showcase games where professional film and highlight material are created. From there, we directly promote qualified players to teams within our global network, opening the door to real contract opportunities.
